Can you improve my credit score?

My wife and I have been working with a lender for a few months and trying to get a loan. He says our credit scores are just not where they need to be to get a loan yet. Do you all work with people to improve their credit?

If you are looking for a service that actually works to improve your credit, I always recommend Lexington Law. Attorneys and Paralegals will get items deleted or improved on your credit reports. They even will refund you money if they don't hit a certain level of improvement.

I'm looking for a free credit report on the internet, but I've heard you can't REALLY get a free credit report anywhere. Any ideas?

You see advertisements all the time on the internet for "free credit reports", I'll agree. The only true free credit report I've seen is available from AnnualCreditReport.com.

You wont' get a credit SCORE through them, but you will get to see comments and items that appear on your reports.

If you want to see your credit SCORE you will most likely have to pay something. I like this site, where you can get a good deal on credit reports: See your credit score on FreeCreditReport.com
